Responsibilities

  • Communicate with international leads and present product offerings in a professional yet friendly manner.
  • Assist in preparing and following up on quotations, sample shipments, and product documentation.
  • Identify and understand customer needs through email, calls, and occasional video meetings.
  • Support the negotiation and deal-making process alongside the senior sales manager.
  • Maintain clean records of customer interactions using our CRM or internal system.

Must Have

  • Fluent in the local language of your country and confident in verbal communication.
  • Strong reading and writing skills in both local language and English.
  • Experience or strong interest in local B2B sales, distribution, or import markets.
  • Legal residency or work authorization in your country of operation.
  • Self-driven, organized, and culturally aware, with a passion for connecting quality products with local markets.

Nice to have

  • Experience in international trade, product sourcing, or export documentation.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email campaigns, or social media marketing.
  • Strong sense of business ethics, honesty, and long-term thinking in building customer trust.
  • Proactive attitude toward building sustainable income through consistent effort and discipline.
  • Ability to market and sell products independently, with creativity, resilience, and customer focus.
